Our professional challenge is to generate and exchange value: from the one we see on a pay stub to the one who lives in the memory of a team. Being efficient and kind, motivating and containing the rest is not only a desire that brings individual benefits, but also raises our expectations in life and those of our environment. That is what must happen when leading teams: raise the level of service until excellence in the “what” and “how” is no longer an occasional detail and becomes our usual climate regardless of the circumstances.
It is always time to love each and every one of those around us, especially those who do not because they are the ones who need attention and patience the most. What we are experiencing tomorrow will be a memory and hopefully, beyond the circumstances (if the client is empathetic or not, if the resources are missing or don’t know how to use them well, if we have a bad day) that our memories created will be the most beautiful possible.

Nuestro desafío profesional consiste en generar e intercambiar valor: desde el que vemos en un recibo de sueldo al que vive en la memoria de un equipo. Ser eficientes y amables, motivando y conteniendo al resto no es solo un deseo que trae beneficios individuales sino que eleva nuestras expectativas en la vida y las de nuestro entorno. Eso es lo que debe suceder al liderar equipos: elevar el nivel de servicio hasta que la excelencia en el “qué” y el “cómo” deje de ser un detalle ocasional y se transforme en nuestro clima habitual sin importar las circunstancias.
Siempre es momento de a amar a todos y cada uno de los que nos rodean, sobretodo a quienes no porque son quienes más necesitan atención y paciencia. Lo que estamos viviendo mañana será un recuerdo y ojalá, más allá de las circunstancias (si el cliente es empático o no, si faltan o no sé usan bien los recursos, si tenemos un mal día) que nuestros recuerdos creados sean los más lindos posible.
